Photo & Testimonial Waiver

I consent to Otonabee Conservation using my photographs and testimonials with unrestricted use, in whole or in part, for all purposes in any form or medium, including, without limitation, through any electronic media including various social media platforms.

I hereby waive any right to inspect or approve the finished images, advertising copy, accompanying text, or any other printed or visual matter that may be used in conjunction with the photographs/testimonials.

Further, I relinquish all rights, titles and interest I may have in the finished photograph(s), and reproduction to any responsible business firm or publication.

I also release and agree to hold harmless Otonabee Conservation, it’s representatives and agents, from any and all claims in connection with the photograph(s), including any and claims of libel.
