The Board of Directors of Otonabee Conservation has approved an Operating and Capital Budget for 2018 of $6,553,569.
Among the capital projects planned for 2018 is completing the reconstruction of the Millbrook Dam as well as the replacement of select infrastructure including a bridge along the Jackson Creek Trail and the visitor gatehouse at the Warsaw Caves Conservation Area and Campground.
Updated floodplain mapping for Meade and Curtis Creeks (tributaries to the Otonabee River) and the Kawartha Lakes as well as initiatives that align customer services and operations with the Strategic Plan round out the operational budget.
