National Youth Week runs May 1 to 7 each year and is dedicated to the celebration of youth and their active participation in their community. National Youth Week is not a program, but rather a movement. It is driven by what happens in local communities across Canada.
Join our partners from City of Peterborough and Pathway to Stewardship & Kinship to learn about the endangered species in our parks and join in with the planting of a pollinator garden.
Time and location: Meet at the bridge along Jackson Trail in the Jacksons Creek Meadows community, from 2 to 4 p.m. Please dress for the weather & wear clothing you don’t mind getting dirty. Closed-toed shoes are best.
For information about events happening all week long, view the City Of Peterborough National Youth Week Schedule
