Come join us at Warsaw Caves Conservation Area on Saturday, August 25 to meet with and learn all about turtles!
Otonabee Conservation is welcoming experts from the Ontario Turtle Conservation Centre who are giving a special presentation featuring turtle species found in the province of Ontario. These reptiles are a common sight to anyone canoeing or walking the river’s edge here at the park. This is your chance to see them up close and make your own discoveries about their habits and habitat. You’ll also learn what you can do to help protect these familiar critters.
The event takes place from 2:00 – 3:00 p.m. at the picnic shelter near the beach. It’s free with your paid admission to the conservation area (just $16.00 per car). Pre-registration is not required.
