Miller Creek Wildlife Area

Miller Creek Wildlife Area is managed as a multi-use property providing a scenic location for outdoor recreational activities such as hiking, nature and wildlife viewing, and cross-country skiing. The natural state of the property also provides opportunities for conservation education, nature interpretation, and scientific research. Visitors to this Wildlife Area enjoy the view of the slow and meandering nature of Miller Creek as it flows through a Provincially Significant Wetland, which supports variety of plant and wildlife species.

No access permitted outside posted times; this conservation area is open Year Round.

CAMPING

There is no overnight camping at Miller Creek Wildlife Area.



HIKING

Miller Creek Wildlife Area has approximately 1.0 km of hiking trails that meander through forest, meadow, and wetland habitat. Be sure to stop and take in the surrounding nature and wildlife while you explore the trail. Visit the observation tower where you can view the Miller Creek Provincially Significant Wetland.
