Gannon’s Narrows Conservation Area is located north of the town of Ennismore along the shoreline where Pigeon and Buckhorn Lakes connect. This conservation area offers hiking trails and fishing opportunities. A roadside parking area and trailhead signage can be found at the entrance to the property, along with privy-style washrooms.

CAMPING
There is no overnight camping at Gannon’s Narrows Conservation Area.
HIKING
Gannon’s Narrows Conservation Area has approximately 1.3 km of hiking trails that pass by a large pond surrounded by a mixture of open marsh, upland hardwood forest, thicket, cedar woods, and cedar swamp. You can catch the spectacular view of the Gannon’s Narrows where Pigeon and Buckhorn Lakes connect by traveling the shoreline trail along the north edge of the property.
FISHING
Visitors can cast a line from the shoreline of Gannon’s Narrows Conservation Area into the water where Pigeon and Buckhorn Lakes connect. A variety of fish species can be caught from shore in this area such as Bass, Crappie, Muskie, Perch, and Walleye.
