This summer, Riverview Park & Zoo (RPZ) and Otonabee Conservation teamed up to bring the Bondar Challenge to youth in the Peterborough Region. The Bondar Challenge calls on participants to use the camera as a gateway to learning about our environment.
Over two days, youth learned about the natural environment through the art of photography. They were taught digital photography skills and a variety of photography techniques. Participants then had the opportunity to apply their new skills as they explored the scenic environments of RPZ, Beavermead Park and the Warsaw Caves Conservation Area.
