Otonabee Conservation is accountable to the residents of the watershed through our Board of Directors. The members of the Board are appointed by the elected Council of each member municipality. This accountability, combined with local decision making, is a key strength that we draw on as we work with our partners to address local issues and priorities.

Board Meetings
The Board of Directors meetings are held on the third Thursday of each month at 4:00 p.m. Please view meeting details on our Events Page. The meeting agenda package is posted in advance of the Board of Directors meeting. The meeting minutes are posted within 30 days of each meeting, and once approved by the Board.
If you wish to make a delegation regarding an item on the agenda or would like to attend our next electronic board meeting, please fill out a Delegation Request Form or email to the Chief Administrative Officer / Secretary-Treasurer (CAO), Janette Loveys Smith by 4:30 p.m. on the Monday prior to the upcoming meeting.
