3 ways to support a healthy natural environment (from the warmth of your home!)

Otonabee Conservation’s supporters now have three ways they can donate ONLINE to support a healthy natural environment in the Otonabee Region Watershed where our communities thrive!

Otonabee Conservation is a registered charitable organization that welcomes financial gifts that are graciously accepted to further our goals to provide recreational opportunities in nature, build awareness and understanding of the natural environment through hands-on, experiential education programs and events, maintain and develop trails, and contribute to the enhancement of a healthy and resilient natural environment.

The Otonabee Conservation Endowment Fund was established at the Community Foundation of Greater Peterborough in 2018 when the Otonabee Conservation Authority Foundation wound up and its assets were endowed with the Community Foundation of Greater Peterborough. These assets came from bequests of friends and supporters of Otonabee Conservation’s work. Accordingly, the purpose of the Otonabee Conservation Fund is to support the legacy of conservation lands, provide recreational opportunities, and build an understanding of the value of the natural environment through enhanced experiential learning opportunities.

CanadaHelps is a registered charity that partners with other charities and non-profits to increase giving across the country. They provide access to secure online fundraising tools and resources so that charitable agencies can connect with their supporters. You can donate securely online through CanadaHelps.org to a number of charities, which are searchable by location, sector, or charity name.

And, of course, you can always visit our Administrative Office or mail your gift to us at 250 Milroy Drive, Peterborough, Ontario, K9H 7M9.

As a registered charitable organization, Otonabee Conservation welcomes your financial gift. We will receive your gift with gratitude and will manage it with care.
